Hello

I'm Monica. I've spent my career as a Company Secretary, firstly working for law firms and accountancy practices doing M&A and company secretarial work. I then moved "in-house" to EMI Music, at a pivotal time when the business was undergoing a group sale. Eight years at a private equity owned global business in the exhibitions sector.  I then made my big change and pursued contract and interim roles.

I developed a big interest in women on boards when I was EMI Music, at a time when organisations such as the 30% Club were being formed. During my career I served on a number of boards and my interest in women on boards evolved into companies pursuing good board governance and then sustainability. I hold certificates from Harvard Business School in sustainability and Wharton Business School in ESG Investing.

A business coaching certificate followed in 2022 and then an International Coaching Certification. By this time I knew that I wanted to help women get their seat at the table and not only get their seat at the table but also make an impact.

I am absolutely passionate about two things - supporting women up the ladder and I am a self confessed sustainability geek and you will constantly hear me speak about these two things!
