Monica Pahwa is a Certified Business Coach, International Coach and NLP Practitioner.  She has worked with with senior management teams and boards of global companies for over 20 years. Monica has served as a company secretary and director of international companies based in UK, USA, Germany, Singapore, Indonesia and China and has worked in over 42 territories as a senior leader in the governance, risk and compliance sector.


Monica is a Small Business Mentor with HM Government Help to Grow Scheme. She sits on the Advisory Board of Reset Connect and Dress for Success GL

Monica Pahwa

I provide support to companies and individuals through consultancy, coaching and mentoring.  Whilst I don't place any prohibitions around who I coach, my specialism lies with women executive and leaders who want to advance in their career or business. I also work with board members who would like to obtain a board position and of course, once appointed want to continue to provide value to a board.


For individuals: I focus on success and mindset coaching. What success means to you, is entirely personal. I have coached individuals who come to me thinking they would like to focus on a certain subject and as we talk and by using proven NLP techniques, we uncover what their real goal is, which may not always be what they thought!


For businesses: I work with business leaders focussing on performance coaching. I can be retained as in-house coach as an employee benefit to help the business and your executives and managers to obtain maximum performance from their teams.


I do this by first of all working with leaders of the business to understand what their goals are for the business and relevant team or individual. I can then work with the team or individual via group coaching or individual sessions to unravel any blockages and align them to the Company's core values and goals. My role is that of the neutral person in the room, focussing on the business and ensuring they are moving in the right direction but also the person and what is prohibiting them in achieving their highest worth and saving you valuable management time.


A further option for corporates is to take a deeper dive into working with executives and managers helping  to align executives and managers to the company's goals and core values. Many companies are now embedding a culture of sustainability and diversity into their business, perhaps putting a Code of Conduct in place or having to account on sustainability or diversity and inclusion goals.  Training and coaching can be fundamental in helping your business to reach those goals. 


Some questions to ask yourself:

Is your board diverse? What are your employees aspiring to?

If you have embraced diversity in your business, are you also inclusive?

Have you thought about creating a pipeline for women to progress in the company?

Does everybody in the business know and agree with your sustainability goals?
